10 Fruit Safe for Patients with Diabetes

 Fruits for diabetes...IMPORTANT and pelu for diabetics limit their intake of foods with sugar content abundant. Although some fruits contain fructose (natural sugar), best fruits for diabetics..but the doctor also recommends that patients keep eating fruits that not only provides a lot of benefits of vitamins for the body, but also controls the levels of insulin.

So, what are the pieces that can be safely consumed by diabetic patients? Include the following:
 fruits for diabetes

1. Grapefruit: a fruit that is indeed reminiscent of the orange. However, despite having the same shape, color grapefruit pulp has a slightly reddish. With sour and slightly sweet, the fruit of this one could be a daily consumption.

2. Variety of berries: strawberries, cranberries, raspberries, and blueberries, contain an abundance of antioxidants. Besides the fruit also contains fiber, low carb, and a variety of vitamins such as A and C.

6. Apricots: low carbohydrate, high fiber, rich in vitamin A, apricots are the best choice for diabetics. Include an apricot in your daily diet.

7. Apples: contain antioxidants and vitamin C.

8. Kiwi: kiwi contained in potassium, fiber and vitamin C. Kiwi also contains low carbohydrates needed for diabetics.

9. Pears: loaded with potassium, fiber and low in carbohydrates.

10. Oranges:  fruits for diabetes..such as grapefruit, oranges contain vitamin C, low carbohydrate, and potassium.
