Tip: For optimal results, do 20 reps for each movement, with a frequency of three times a week.

Start Position: Standing in the middle of the resistance band, with each hand holding each end. Bend over, lower the hips, place hands behind and higher than the back.

Drag and resistance band stretching up and down as far as 3 cm. Make sure your hands straight.

Hand movements in and out, about as far as 3 cm.

Bend your elbows and slowly straightens.
